Attorney-at-Law at the Marseille Bar and PhD in Law, Clara Delaubier dedicates her practice to maritime law.
After a year studying in English at Maastricht University, she continued her education at Aix-Marseille University, obtaining a Master's degree in Maritime Law. Holding a specialized degree (DESU) in Arbitration Law (University of Montpellier), she successfully defended a notable doctoral thesis in 2022 on "The effectiveness of amicable maritime surveys" published by the Aix-Marseille University Press.
Prior to joining the Bar, she also gained practical experience with marine insurance brokers and surveying companies, working on international cases, particularly in West Africa.
Her approach combines legal mastery, technical expertise, and an operational understanding of maritime and insurance issues, providing her clients with tailored, practical, and secure solutions.
